キャンセルポリシー

１：キャンセル・変更についてご予約のキャンセル／日程変更は、「前日までに」ご予約フォームよりお手続きください。キャンセル料はかかりません。やむを得ず当日お休みされる場合は、可能な範囲で、レッスン開始時間までにご連絡をお願いいたします。２：ご利用をお断りする場合について無断キャンセルが続いたり、講師にとって不適切と判断される行為があった場合（カスハラ等）、今後のレッスンをお断りすることがあります。双方にとって楽しく、安心してレッスンを続けていくためにもご理解・ご協力をお願いいたします。 1 Cancellation/Rescheduling you can cancel or reschedule your lesson 'by the day before' through the reservation form. No cancelation fee will be charged. If you suddenly need to cancel on the day of the lesson, please contact me before the scheduled start time if possible. 2 Refusing future lessons If there are repeated no-shows or inappropriate behavior, future lessons may be declined. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy safe and pleasant lessons.
